Today is the vote on Trumpcare.

March 24, 2017

Trump will probably win the “Yes” vote by one or two votes today. It’s in his book, “The Art of the Deal.” I voted for him and I don’t regret it – yet? I had cancer and I was scheduled for chemotherapy. I went to Germany instead and paid for private immunotherapy. Today I am cured of 2 Stage IV cancers. What if I couldn’t afford to pay for my immunotherapy there? I’d be probably dead because my California teacher insurance or my Canada wife insurance probably wouldn’t cover immunotherapy because immunotherapy is natural-holistic, too fancy to be covered by insurance companies in most countries (The 10% Rule). The democrats and the republicans in Congress do not have a clue or a clause in their today’s Trumpcare bill that should say, “This bill provides the best treatment available for cancer patients at the best price possible.” If they wrote that into the bill I would be surprised. Politicians by definition are not capable of passing any A+ bill.

Plan B says, “Pass the Trumpcare and get to work on improving it by 2020.”  If that is what Trump is aiming to do, then my vote for him was not wasted. I have to think and care about all the people who do not have the money to pay for immunotherapy in Germany. You see, the US treasury owes 20 trillion dollars debt because of Obama’s Socialism bug for 8 years and Bush Iraq bug for his 8 years. A quarter of the 20 trillion bucks could have given us the best Trumpcare in the world – wishful thinking! The US Constitution doesn’t guarantee an A+ CEO for the country. Trump is better than Bush and Obama but he is not the best. The best never run for office, who likes to deal with C+ colleagues who can’t come up with at least a B+ Bill?

Would congress reject the Obama-Iran nuclear agreement?

July 24, 2015

Yesterday afternoon I was laughing my head off. It was a sunny and peaceful day at the marina, the seagulls frolicking trying to “steal” frozen fish that children have bought and were feeding to the wild seals that have adopted the human habitat around the boats. The serenity of the place engulfed me with a feeling that maybe the world was not on the brink of a war between the US and/or Israel with Iran over a North Korean “ghost” bomb. Three friends were sitting sipping tea discussing the nuclear agreement, one, a professor of law, another one, a community organizer (better than Barack) and the third, myself (a retired psychologist eager to practice something). Is the world inching toward a global war at the coffee shop overlooking the yachts at the marina.

“Let me tell you guys that the Republican Congress will definitely defeat the Obama nuclear agreement with Iran,” They looked at me instantly (wasn’t it obvious, now I know why burly blond presidential candidate DT gets so much attention with his statements).

“…but the republicans will not be able to defeat a Obama veto!”  That was not obvious, and, this time my reputation at the coffee shop was on the line, but I know that my friends would forgive me for my math. if not my psy. if I am wrong. As for myself, if after a a text-book analysis of the power and influence of the UN, EU, Democrats, political dynamics, momentum and the love of Obama by the masses didn’t pull off a narrow win for the president, then I would quit analysing political behavior and go back to doing marriage counseling.

You, my readers, do your own analysis, take a position on the Obama/Ayatollah deal, do it like it is not a gamble, the smart ones win!

I can’t help it, here is another one, Donald Trump sucks up to the stupid system (SSS) and stir up the “nest” of the stupid beehive in Congress but I don’t thing a sting from the street could project DT toward the WH. I am not laughing anymore. Now its your turn. Pass this one on. I think it’s funny.

Is culture everything?

August 11, 2012

The Olympics are coming to an end. The democratic USA culture with 300 million people dominates the life of Americans with freedom of self expression and big monetary rewards for  desirable expressions. The US athletes won about 100 medals (1medal=3m). The organized and centralized Chinese culture with 1.3 billion people dominates the life of the Chinese people with love for the motherland and personal accolade for desirable achievements but little monetary rewards. Chinese athletes won about 90 medals (1medal=14m). The disorganized Indian culture dominates the life of 1.1 billion Indians with love for peace of mind and the hereafter. India won 2 medals (1medal=550m). Wonderful egalitarian easy going outdoor oriented Canadian culture with 30 million people dominates the life of Canadians with strong freedom of expression but almost no nationalistic financial reward or accolade for achievements. Canada won about 20 medals (1medal=1.5m).  To all the other countries participating in the 2012 Olympics I would say: Look at the number of medals your culture has produced in the 2012 Olympics and guess, (1) Your national pride, (2) Government support, (3) importance of standard of living, (4) cultural organization or chaos, and (5) level of personal satisfaction in living. As with all sociological analyses, this one will be ignored by “loser” cultures blaming “winner” cultures of exploitation of athletic resources.

I would give a “losing” culture one generation (25 years) of good education (yourself and your children) rather than “picking” on other people to become a winning culture. go for it!

This one is for Canadians!

May 14, 2011

I am an American who lives in your wonderful country. You just elected Harper as prime minister and gave him a majority mandate in parliament to govern effectively, but it is not enough. He is the best of the bunch of leaders you selected, but it is not enough. You need to continuously feed him new ideas, otherwise, the limited thoughts he has in his head is all you’ll get. Sure, he has better ideas than the liberals or the NDP guys, but it is your job as a citizen to make his improve over them and himself, and Harper is the kind of guy who listens to better ideas because he is the least ideologically incline of the 3 choices you had in last month election.

Why is this one for Canadians? Because your Gasoline price per liter is approaching $1.50. If you exchange that $1.50 CAN south of the border, you’ll get $1.59 US. You can fill your tank in the US and save close to half the cost in Canada!

Read the newspapers. Harper is arranging for oil executives to see him. He will lash out at them in his effective civilized low-key soothing voice. After a low-key argument where they will “pass the buck” to the Saudis not pumping enough oil affecting speculation, middle-men, supply and demand and market conditions, all legitimate politico-babble, the nice oil executives will promise the Canadian public that they will do their best to stop or at least slow down the rise in oil price. They will never come down to the price at the American pump, but they will never the less be appreciated by the Canadian public.

Mr. Harper, there is a better way to lower gasoline price in Canada, making almost everyone happy, including the oil executives because a healthy competition brings out the best thinking in CEOs (off course, the NDP and the Liberals will attack it as an American Intellectual invasion). Steve, the Canadian public gave you the majority in parliament: PASS AN OIL ANTI-TRUST LAW THAT OIL COMPANIES OPERATING IN CANADA, OIL TRADERS, AND GAS STATION OWNERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO FIX PRICES, THAT’S ALL! Any two oil company that sells crude at the same price will be fined. Any two middlemen that buy and then sell oil at the same price will be investigated. Any two gas stations at the same intersection that sell gas at a fix price (as it is today) will have to pay a fine. Mr. Harper, set up a committee to analyse the tax structure as it applies to oil companies, including a possible cap on earnings, fed and local taxes applied, oil quality, additives, the whole business. They WILL listen, reprimand is not enough. Good luck!

Pearl Harbor attack linked to Japan Earthquake!

March 15, 2011

What he did is mean to link the two.  Alec Sulkin from Family Guy Animated Comedy said it and he apologized for ” Joking.”  As a human being who loves and admires the Japanese people I pray for their full recovery from the earthquake disaster. As a psychologist and parapsychologist for 30 years, with tons of credentials, I will take this opportunity to educate people about “forces” in the universe we live in that can save lives in the future.

My job is to explain “linkage” phenomena, not to condone them. My job is to explain phenomena in order to alert people to its future effect in their lives. My job is to help prevent disasters. The psychological and parapsychological link between the past of an individual or a nation and their future is well-studied by psychologists, psychoanalysts and parapsychologists. If you care to understand this phenomena, it’s all over my writings in the last 30 years.

Psychology: A systemic change will occur in a person or a nation that goes through a life changing experience. That systemic change will make the organism more susceptible to a recurrence of a similar systemic changes in the future. The probability of a similar experience increases. The vulnerability to certain influences increases. Subtle energy configurations within and without a system have been reformatted in that direction. In the future, as humanity advances in understanding high technology energy fields, you will take more seriously present measurements of these universal forces. Today, you don’t. 100 years ago, when Dr. Freud and Dr. Jung explained personal and collective unconscious influences they alluded to the fact that any big event will  imprint itself on the mind (Today, we know that “imprinting’ is organically similar to the hardware in your computer and regular experiences are similar to your Software!).  They also said that with deeper awareness you can prevent future problems linked to those events!

Parapsychology: The “linking” phenomena appears to be a fundamental universal law. It has many names in different disciplines. It is called an “After shock,” (in Geology),  a “copy cat” (human behavior),  “subconscious tendency,” (Psychoanalysis),  “tissue sensitivity” (Medicine), “Conditioning” (Psychology), and what have you. A systemic change that occurs in a person or a nation that goes through a life changing experience tends to reappear in one form or another in the future, usually on a proximal anniversary period. As a psychological counselor I have helped people avoid a heart attack on the anniversary of their father’s –  heart attack! I have seen couples get divorced around the time their parents  – got divorced! Right now I will counsel Obama to be vigilant about traveling because both his brother and father died in traveling accidents! The Challenger space craft exploded in space. NASA should change the name of the space shuttle Atlantis to something less prone to –  disasters. Look, I have been ridiculed for writing about useful palmistry and other weird topics in the National Enquirer for years, so I will stop here. I don’t want to waste my time. My job is not to educate 20th century people about 21st century knowledge and understanding of “forces” in the universe. People won’t listen. My job is to tell Japan to proof-safe its nuclear reactors in the future more than any other nation except for Russia and the United States who had also developed nuclear disaster propensities!

Ladies and gentlemen, am I over your head? I know I leave many of you behind in my blogs, websites, magazine articles  and book writings, but I will never accept to be an ordinary writer, a “politically correct” dude. There are human lives at stake. Human welfare is at stake here. I want to leave you with a personal search. Examine a major event in your life or your nation’s life and take special precautions to prevent something similar in the future. Please, please, be a little more daring in your thinking. Become more “futuristic,” please. My dear cousin went on the Atkins diet 3 years before he died from a heart attack at the age my beloved uncle died from a – heart attack. Please take psychology and parapsychology seriously. I know you’d survive without my warnings, but you’d be better prepared for the events coming your way in the future if you listen. Live safely! Live happily! Prosper! Advance to the next stage! I care!

The psychology behind 911 and Mumbai.

October 16, 2010

That’s the problem, there is no psychology behind 911 and Mumbai.  All the analyses of what caused terrorists to commit the 911 and Mumbai bombings to date are conventional and appear rational to the FBI, CIA, to average Americans and to “trained” investigators. Just about all the attempts to analyse intelligence data to predict and prevent such events appear reasonable to the FBI, CIA, the public and professional investigators. Analysing causes, predicting events and preventing disasters is the domain of psychologists, but none was ever asked to help! What is going on is an exercise in futility within the context of conventional thinking. It is pathetic because it shows that government is so rigid that it refuses to get out of the “box” even when thousands of people die!  Fighting terror is not a common sense operation, but they think it is! Fighting terror requires different psychological thinking that even most psychologists  do not posses! Research in China concluded (happily) that US military authorities functioning within the American culture have always failed to identify the one person out of ten that can make a difference in difficult operations! Getting out of the “box” means being allowed to function in the way that works rather than in the way that looks right because it conforms to expected standards, logical, acceptable, or commonsense, a freedom American culture allows only under duress or desperation. Any investigator who would do the correct analysis of 911 or Mumbai right now will be “sacked,” laughed at, ridiculed, dismissed or ignored. For that reason you will never find that one psychologist out of ten who would do the correct analysis of 911 and Mumbai!
