Augmenting health the fun easy way.

April 29, 2014

I parked my car some distance and walked into the store. I shop at Costco about twice a month. Walking through the vitamin area I saw a lady picking up a 3-6-9 Omega oil bottle, apparently not knowing that only the Omega 3 and 9 of the trio fights cancer while the Omega 6 promote it! I didn’t say anything to the lady, it’s none of my business what people do to themselves, but when I got home I cooked my usual hot cereal and added 2 heaping spoonfuls of Chia seeds loaded with Omega 3 only, that I picked up at the same store on the same day (By the way, next to me was standing the same lady picking up a more expensive Chia blend, a combination of 4 grains with Chia being the least amount). I still didn’t say anything to her but I murmured to myself, “My God, lady, it’s so easy to augment your health, why don’t you start doing it ?”

What is the moral of this experience that I had at Costco last week? I am not sure because I don’t want to believe that some shoppers are stupid, I’d rather believe they are not educated the value way? Or may be just not paying attention? I finally settled on Dr. Kahneman research, this august Nobel price winner (2002) calls these shoppers, well, not uninformed, not stupid, not even uneducated, not anything…just lazy to think, well, may be that is the psychological answer…just too lazy to think… on the way to the grave too early. I hope the Costco lady reads this posting but I doubt she will, you see, you are the fortunate one, you are not lazy to search the internet for the right blog!

Breathing is much more than you think it is!

March 29, 2014

I don’t mean to say that breathing keeps you alive, that’s an ordinary notion that belongs in ordinary blogs. Here, in my extra ordinary blog, I mean to point out that breathing deep (9 breaths per minute) keeps you conscious. Animals breath automatically, humans do too unless they choose to change their breathing pattern by divine (conscious) effort. Exercising this kind of high awareness raises you brain’s spirit (Monads) to the highest living level possible. For example, studies show that people who live longer than 90 years breath on the average 9 deep breaths per minute and people who live shorter than 70 years breath on the average 20 shallow breaths per minute. I was a cancer patient at Medical Center Cologne (MCC), Germany in 2011, when I was asked to demonstrate a unti cancer breathing exercise. Today I am cured of prostate and bone cancers, thanks God. You can watch my demonstration of special breathing at the MCC on my cancer website in Canada,

Altering your breathing consciously makes you divine (animals can’t do it), enables you to improve your free will powers (good for losing weight, stopping smoking, self-confidence, etc.), prolong your life (nine breath per minute do it) and fight lung cancer (oxygen enters dormant alveoli). Go to my breathing demonstration at the German cancer clinic in Cologne. Take a deep breath, then take additional 5 small breaths(to get the good air into the dormant alveoli, the air sacks that don’t get oxygen with shallow breathing and may develop cancer over time). On exhalation, exhale 5 more small breaths to get the last 10% of carbon dioxide out. Practice your new breathing habits in your car, home, office, bed, anywhere, depending on your level of love and commitment for yourself. If after 2 months you find out that breathing deep isn’t catching up with you, hug your self 5 five squeezing hugs saying I love myself five times. Do it 5 times per day times per day, that’ll do it. If after 2 months you find out that you are not doing any of these, go to good counseling, fall in love, earn a million bucks or read what Genesis says about your possible magnificence. Do it!

Lucrative fish story.

October 4, 2013

This story is for those of you who live their lives unaware of opportunities to save. Do you live with someone who gets upset with you that you can’t save money on groceries like he does? Tel him that he can’t do other simple things that you can. We are human.

“Honey, how could you bring yourself to pay $9.56 for that small beautiful piece of fresh salmon filet?”

“What’s wrong with it?”

“It cost $39 per kilogram.”

“I didn’t look for the cost per Kg, should I ?”

“It’s in small print on the left side of the label.”

“How much did you pay for the delicious salmon filet you brought home last Friday?”

I paid $9 per kilogram and carved 10 beautiful pieces of fresh salmon for your cost of one!”

“I am sorry, darling, From now on I will always check “price per Kg.” I didn’t know that’s more important than the actual price on the package.”

This is a fish story about two grocery stores, the successful one and the one that will soon fail. The thriving grocery store exploit the gullibility of innocent shoppers. 90% of local customers in North America pay twice to three times higher price for fresh salmon than savvy immigrants do. The fresh salmon is shipped to the stupid grocery store and is filet and sold. I buy it for $9 per Kilo. i am an immigrant. I think the store makes about $5-10 per fish.

Another fresh salmon gets to the smart grocery store and the fish carver gets to work. The fish is cut in 2 and each piece is filet horizontally into two-three thin layers, each about a third of an inch thin. Ten pieces at $10 each, the fish creates wealth!

By the way the person who bought salmon for $9 per Kilo is not smarter than the person who paid $39 per Kg. In Kahneman system of thinking that fish buyer uses System 2 while the other person uses System 1. It all boils down in life to the use of consciousness. Most people live automatically and should be automatically forgiven their lack of awareness of simple opportunities.
