For Alisha in the car financing business.

Thank you for following me on Twitter but I don’t respond on Twitter. I find its content and structure frivolous and limiting. You ask for ideas how to expand your business. Start with Chinese psychology. They discovered in 1952 during their cultural revolution that only 1 out of 10 people is equipped with the right personality to lead for significant success and change. They call him (fewer women) “pivot person,” while the other 9 are called “orbiters.” they struggle and struggle until they drop, living for the mere hope of doing better one day. Go to Google and study that issue. Remember an important lesson from the Chinese who say that Business in the West usually chooses an “orbiter” – to lead!

Alisha, do an experiment: Have your accomplice or two disguised in a room to report to you who is a “pivot person.” Get all your employees, relatives, friends, associates, on-line assistants, potential workers, anybody, at least 10 people in a room together and say, “I’ll be back soon.” But, be back an hour or so late. Your accomplices will discover and report to you that there were only 1 or 2 individuals in the room that organized something, or went to find you, or created a group game or a workshop. The “orbiters” complained that you were late to return, watched TV, some called you names (absent-minded, work too hard, irresponsible, forgot us, don’t care enough, etc.). Find the “pivots” to help run you business, it will take off like a rocket to Mars!! You know, the Sky is the Limits!!

Hey, Alisha, I have more tips how to run a successful business. I post on many psychological topics on my blogs. I will post more business tips when the good ones show up in my mind. I do not expect of myself anything less than “out of the box” excellence. How about something on business credits and finance in the next week or so? Meantime, if you are hiring, get 10 applicants in a room for any hour without structure and see who emerges as a “pivoter.” Hire him or her if they pass the interview too. Hey, I’ll will share stories from my own interviews of applicants. It’s hilarious!

Alisha, I told my readers that if they scan my blogs they will find useful psychological information. So far you are the leading inquirer in the area of starting a business or improving a business.
You started a company to give out car loans. Good timing. Like in real estate, in car purchasing also it is a buyer’s market now and the winner can be Alisha if she can negotiate best price deals with “secondary” car manufacturers, car dealers and offer car buyers at least 10% better financing than the competition. To do all these , Alisha, you need to assemble the best negotiating team in the business.
Study how “secondary” Indian and Korean (new and weak car companies such as Kia or Tata – “daddy” in some languages, briliant idea) are entering the big league. Think price (costs), quality and new exciting electronic gadgets to come with car purchasing deals. The road (sky) is the limits!

Undeniably consider that which you stated. Your favourite justification seemed
to be at the internet the simplest thing to be aware of.
I say to you, I definitely get irked whilst other people consider concerns that they just
do not recognize about. You controlled to hit the nail upon the top and also outlined out the entire thing
with no need side-effects , other people could
take a signal. Will probably be again to get more. Thanks
